The patient received combined treatment with topical HYPEROIL wound-care cream and gauze and oral vismodegib for one year. After almost three months, epithelialisation had made significant progress. Close follow-up was considered necessary for up to one year after treatment began.

Finger movement and sensation improved during follow-up.

Collaboration between the plastic surgeon and dermatologist supported treatment planning and monitoring.

Photographs document the case before and after reconstruction.
